How many employers have you worked for in your career? (Include all full-time employment, part-time employment, part-time work, contract work, self-employment, and family employment. (Exclude part-time student work.) Please count self-employment and family employment as one type of employment. Please include your current employer. Transfers and secondments within the same company and reassignments of faculty members are not included in job changes. (Please do not include a change of employer if the dispatching agency is the same.)
